Return policy
All returns and refunds are the subject of purchase agreement terms and conditions signed and or agreed in written between the seller and the buyer
Important Note:
The Seller (EASTIDEA) reserves the right to request the return of purchased goods if the Buyer engages in inappropriate behavior.
Such behavior includes, but is not limited to, bypassing the Seller and attempting to contact the Seller's manufacturers directly without prior permission or any agreement with the Seller (EASTIDEA). In such cases, the Buyer must return the purchased goods and will be refunded by the Seller.
Additionally, the Seller maintains the right to pursue legal action against the Buyer for any breaches of contract or unethical behavior.
The Seller's reputation and business relationships are built on trust and integrity; therefore, any attempts to undermine these principles will be taken seriously.
All communications and transactions should be conducted transparently and in good faith to ensure a smooth and mutually beneficial business relationship.
The Seller is committed to providing high-quality products and services and expects the same level of professionalism and respect from the Buyer.
Any violations of these terms will be addressed promptly to protect the Seller's interests and maintain the integrity of the business.
